This series product is a double-sealed four-point contact ball bearing with a temperature resistance of 800 degrees and a low-speed heavy-duty stainless steel dust cover. The minimum internal warp is 15 mm, the maximum outer diameter is 5 meters, and the highest accuracy is P6.
It consists of an inner ring, an outer ring, rolling elements and a dust cover. It does not require a cage. It uses a full-ball structure.
The key technology of this type of bearing is that the two channel parameters are completely the same, otherwise it will cause early failure due to uneven force. The dust cover is made of stainless steel, no rust powder will be generated when heated, no rust powder will enter the channel to participate in abrasion, and other dust will be effectively prevented from entering the channel.
