This series of products, for general high-temperature bearings, require high temperature resistance, the operating speed is generally not very high, and the cost is not very high. They have good economic and technical properties, and are therefore widely used.
It consists of an inner ring, an outer ring, a rolling body, and a cage. The working characteristics of this type of bearing are that it allows a certain angle change during work and can still run normally. However, for high-temperature spherical roller bearings, because the bearing is processed at normal temperature, it works at 800 degrees. In this way, the bearing must inevitably generate thermal expansion and contraction in the 800 degree environment, which changes the normal motion trajectory of the original bearing, resulting in movement error, which leads to incorrect meshing movement or additional stress. The end result is reduced Service life, and even the bearing "seize" phenomenon during work, can not work properly. In view of the above problems, in order to improve the quality of bearings, we use a combination of thermodynamics and optimized design to establish a thermal finite element mathematical model, which successfully solves the theoretical correct trajectory under the premise that the inner and outer rings are not completely symmetrical, so that high temperature bearings At the rated temperature, the working condition is the same as that of the normal temperature bearing, which achieves the purpose of smooth running, long life and not "seizing" the bearing. The high-temperature grease with high temperature resistance and low evaporation is added inside, which can continuously run at high temperature and high speed, which reduces the vibration and self-heating loss of the bearing during high-speed operation and maximizes the service life.
